The Orexus Tower is located in the Saburtalo area on the 26 May square near the Sports Palace, just 800 meters from the city hall. This is one of the most comfortable neighborhoods of the capital, with everything that you need in everyday life nearby.

Within walking distance from the Orexus Tower is a Mcdonald’s restaurant, a casino, the Kuzanova clinic, grocery stores, several cafes, and supermarkets. Nearby is public school number 61, Georgian Technical University and the Polytechnic Institute. There are kindergartens nearby, including the Kindergarten “Pikris Gora”.
From the busy Merab Kostava street to Orexus Tower is about 100 meters. The nearest bus stop is no more than two minutes away. Here, with a short interval, buses run along ten routes connecting the new building with different areas of the city. The metro station “Technical University” is only 100 meters away.
