The Gldani Tower Residential Complex in Tbilisi is a modern building from developer R&L.
Where is the Gldani Tower located?
The new building is located next to the 1st and 3rd quarters of Gldani on Vladimir Naneishvili street No 23 in Tbilisi. The distance to the center of the capital is 17kilometers.
How to get around?
Within 700 meters is the “Gdansk” bus station. The nearest public transportation stop is also about 700 meters away. Near the complex, there are seven bus routes that cover most of the capital.
What's around?
It is comfortable to live in this micro-district with children of preschool and school-age. In the neighborhood, there are secondary schools No. 173 and No. 39, and a little further there are several more schools and kindergartens. Nearby there are grocery stores, supermarkets, and shopping centers. The cinema "Ahmeteli" is about 800 meters from the complex.
What are the architectural features?
Gldani Tower consists of two buildings designed in the same style. The buildings have a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. The contemporary mid-rise towers with 14 storeys are built on a solid monolithic foundation and have a flat roof covered with soft waterproofing. The developer uses energy-saving technologies that reduce the cost of heating and air conditioning. The facades of the buildings are insulated and soundproofed, the window units are made of a plastic multi-chamber profile.
Balconies, in the traditional manner for the capital of Georgia, are not glazed. Each house has one staircase equipped with two passenger elevators.
What is on the territory?
The territory of the complex is not fenced. The landscaping consists of decorative plants and trees and the area is illuminated with street lights. The on-site amenities include:

What kind of apartments are available?

The finishing work includes the installation of the heating system, final screed and plastered walls, installation of entrance and interior doors, as well as metering devices.
