Residential complex Eco Digomi 1 from developer Power Development is located in the Didi Digomi district on Demeter Tavdadebuli Street in Tbilisi, ten kilometers from city hall.

The modern mid-rise building has 8 floors and is built with a monolithic frame made of reinforced concrete. The external walls are made of environmentally friendly material and insulated with an effective heat insulator. The facade is covered with decorative plaster.
The plastic window ceilings are glazed with energy-saving double-glazed glass and the balcony doors have floor to ceiling glazing. The balconies and loggias are not glazed and the fences are partly made from an opaque material and partly from a metal forged lattice. The building is equipped with a noiseless passenger elevator.
